I have the honour to lay before Your Excellency, a petition from Mr Lysaught, the superintendent in charge of the Naval Yard Police here, to be allowed the Crown lease of the piece of Government land which he now occupies, viz., a wedge-shaped piece of ground forming part of N. 9 farm.

With this petition is also forwarded the original correspondence with the Colonial Government dated 5th October...
